The Opportunity As a Scrub Scout Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality perioperative care while supporting a wide range of surgical procedures in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare operating theatres and surgical equipment. Scrub and scout for a variety of surgical specialties. Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control standards. Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists and the wider theatre team. Deliver exceptional patient-centred care throughout the perioperative journey. Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with hospital policies. About You To be successful, you will have: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Recent experience as a Scrub Scout Registered Nurse. Demonstrated ability to work across a range of surgical specialties (highly regarded). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient safety.
